Coded it with Replit? Let's make sure it's safe to deploy.
Replit's Agent is brilliant at iterating, and equally brilliant at pasting your API key into a public file because a comment said it was fine. We review the code behind your Deployment before your users find the gaps.
What we look for first
- Secrets pasted into source instead of the Secrets tab
- Deployments shipped without removing /test routes
- Database URLs in files a public Repl would expose
- Agent-written endpoints with zero auth
Illustrative examples. Yours might be cleaner. Or worse.
The Replit mistakes we look for.
Four issues we check in every Replit-built app, each with the change to make. If any of these sound familiar, you already know why this exists.
Secrets that aren't in Secrets
Replit's Secrets tab is the safe home for env vars. Keys pasted into source files travel with the code.
Suggested change: Move them to the Secrets tab, then rotate them.
Public Repl, private data
A Repl marked public exposes every file, including the last connection string you forgot to rotate.
Suggested change: Move credentials out of files and rotate any that were exposed.
Deployment without auth gates
Routes that worked fine in your private dev Repl can be wide open on the deployed URL.
Suggested change: Check who's calling before each endpoint does anything.
Agent endpoints accepting anything
When the Agent wires up a POST handler in two minutes, validation can miss the cut.
Suggested change: Validate every request body against a schema.
How a review works.

You share your code.
Pay once, then send a GitHub link, a public repository URL, or a ZIP of your project.
Day 0
We review it.
We run AI-assisted security checks on your source, review the results by hand, and record what was and was not covered.

You fix what matters.
You get a prioritised report in plain English. On request, we send the fixes as a draft pull request or patch. You review, test and merge.
When you’re ready
One price for one project.
Pay once for a review of a single repository. If your stack is bigger than that, we scope it with you first.
